After an initial consultation, we gather information on the customer's equipment, including specifications and details on quantity, condition, and description.

We utilize national carriers and coordinate all the freight on our end. We have the capabilities to send a team in to package the equipment prior to shipping if needed, however this is an additional cost.

Upon arrival at our facility, we audit the equipment, record relevant information, and remove any company branding or identification. All disk drives are removed and securely wiped or destroyed, with end-of-life drives sent to certified vendors for shredding.

Once the ITAD process is completed, Adirondack Networks compiles all records and provides them to the customer. This includes a detailed report of the received equipment, certificates of sanitization, and certificates of recycling.
